According to the Journal Of Commerce this is now closing in on a reality for those buying real estate in the Surrey / Langley area.

One way to know this, is that Procurement has now begun. This means that the government is now working on identifying the organizations that will be best suited to build the SkyTrain extension through Surrey and Langley. What an opportunity this is.
